This beautiful instrumental selection is inspired by a story of life and the passing of a life. It is a reflection on a time, years ago now, when I was in Wales attending the Welsh Harp Festival in Caernarfon. On my last morning there I had returned to Beddgelert to wander in a quiet cemetery I had found there days earlier. I was enjoying the interesting headstones, the worship music wafting out the open windows of the tiny church nearby and thinking about my Mom back home in the states - not knowing that at that very moment she was passing from this earthly realm. This is, I would have to say, a love song.
